4. Xplor

For those looking for a little adrenaline and adventure, you have to add this park to your itinerary. Whether you want to visit early in the morning with the Xplor Day Tour, or at night with the Xplor Fuego Tour, you will have a great time!

For starters, this is one of the few parks in Cancun and the Riviera Maya that includes extreme activities like zip lines over the jungle up to 45 meters high, amphibious vehicle rides, swimming in subway rivers, and its newest attraction, a 5-in-1 slide that ends in a spectacular wave pool.

  • Hours and location: If you wish to do the Xplor Day Tour, you can visit it 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In the case of Xplor Fuego, the opening hours are from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.

5. Xenses

For a unique sensory experience, visit Xenses. This park immerses you in a world of optical illusions, sound effects and sensory experiences that challenge your senses. Like Xplor, you can visit it during the day or at night. 

Some of its must-see attractions include an inclined town, optical illusions, a slide, a zip line, tours through diverse ecosystems in the xensatorium, mud rivers for relaxation and more.

  • Hours and location: You can visit Xenses any day of the week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.Xenses Insomnia (at night) is open Monday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

6. Xavage

Xavage also has a place among the extreme parks of the Mexican Caribbean. It offers its visitors adventures on land, water and air. This park offers activities such as rafting, zip lines, ropes courses of up to 4 levels and off-road vehicle tours.
